To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

For accounts created for minors, a parent or legal guardian must register on their behalf and is responsible for the minor's use of the platform.

Upon purchasing or enrolling in a course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

• Course access is granted for the duration specified at the time of purchase or enrollment.
• You may not share, redistribute, or resell course materials.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue course content with reasonable notice.

When using our platform, you agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from course materials without authorization.
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Submit plagiarized work or misrepresent your identity.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users, educators, or staff.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems.

• All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to change with notice.
• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Subscription-based services may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

All content on our platform, including but not limited to courses, books, assessments, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of i-GPS or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Student-submitted work (essays, assignments, etc.) remains the intellectual property of the student. By submitting work, you grant i-GPS a limited license to use it for educational assessment, feedback, and platform improvement purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, i-GPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
• Service interruptions or technical issues.
• Errors or inaccuracies in course content.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users, educators, or the platform.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access purchased course content will end, subject to any applicable refund rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario, Canada.
